St Matthew's Collegiate - Cultural Programme

Participation in the rich cultural life at St Matthew’s is highly valued as an integral part of the all-round development of each girl.   Multiple opportunities in visual and performing arts, music and extra-curricular activities enable girls to participate together as a school and excel in specialist areas of interest.
 
Offered at individual, form, house, year and whole-school levels, St Matthew’s cultural activities are not just for the best actresses, musicians or artists.  All girls are inspired and encouraged to develop their interests and talents - whether that’s taking part in a fun choir, playing in the orchestra or competing at the highest level in a national Shakespeare festival.
 
The St Matthew's cultural programme allows the development of individual talents using available expertise from the local community.  Extra-curricular opportunities are wide and varied.
